You are definitely doing well, will probably have more than one outlet and an established business setup already. This program is not for the faint-hearted or the non-committed. Stepup Coach Silver Coaching

Most beneficial if you’re really committed to moving your business up to the next level and you have a team to whom some of the implementation can be delegated. It is about “doing” strategies quickly and effectively and starting to “get back some of your free time”. You’ll receive a one-hour, 1-on-1 Coaching Session up to four times a month; 2 Sessions are with the COACH, 1 with the Branding Marketing Strategist and One session is with the Life Balance Coach. The Alignment Consultation

This is a Must for all 1-on-1 coaching and Group clients (part of our first few sessions) where we will evaluate your business and personal life and also identify many different areas of untapped potential – a process that would have been started with your Business Diagnostic – if you took advantage of this!

More specifically we’ll get an in-depth look at your goals, both business and personal, the sales and marketing strategies you have used previously and what results were achieved. It will also allow us to establish a road map for the future of your business and will enable us to get to a complete list of strategies and ideas that you’re currently not using.

The DISC Analysis

In order to get a good understanding of your dispositional strengths and challenges, you will be required to fill in a DISC questionnaire. Not only will it increase your self-understanding, but also your understanding, appreciation and communication with others. Each Coaching Program entitles you to a complimentary DISC analysis quota.

Thereafter if you’d like to have a DISC done for a team/family member or more importantly someone you are thinking seriously of recruiting, this can be arranged and will be charged at $100 per person.

GrowthCLUB

Free for 1-on-1 for ActionCOACH Clients

Having a plan for your business that is about taking action rather than just impressing the bank, is ESSENTIAL. At ActionCOACH we do this quarterly – or every 90 days – and it is included in your monthly coaching fee if you are a 1-on-1 coaching client. GrowthCLUB is from 9:30-2:30 PM and includes training input, leveraging off others’ experience and time to do the plan.

 

They are:

  • April 20th : Hiring the Right People
  • July 13: Mindset
  • Sept 22nd: Forward Planning for Success: Dreaming & Budgeting

 

For non-coaching clients or additional attendee’s, attendance is welcome at any of these training days at a cost of $250 per person, per session inclusive of training material.
